Logistics Coordinator, Road Operations The primary purpose of this is to facilitate the drivers and helpers in their daily activities; ensure accurate and timely asset scheduling and routing; driver activity management; maintain procedural conformance and operational integrity.
Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the day-to-day Transport Operations in terms of scheduling, routing and driver activity management so as to ensure that resources are utilized in the most efficient and optimal manner.
- Preparing the scheduling and routing of assets to ensure accuracy and timeliness thereby ensuring contractual obligations (customer and departmental SLA’s) are met.
- Preparing KPIs and reports accurately within process timeframes.
- Ensuring compliance to all operational procedures, policies and practices.
