Job Position: Logistics Coordinator- Freight Pricing & Booking

Location: Dubai

Preferably candidates who are very sharp on price negotiation and customer relationship who can join our team immediately after selection.

- Enquire and avail best rate for the destinations for DG and Non- DG rates for ISO tanks /Flexi Tanks/Containers

- Analysis of quotes- cheapest option with loading quantity (20 FT and 40 FT)

- Obtain approval from the management for freight and place bookings

- Make sure with the Transit time/ Sailing Dates/ Cut Off Dates/ Special Conditions if any

- Issue the booking- DG Approval- DGPC Docs

- Sharing the MSDS and DG declaration to shipping line for getting container release order and follow up

- Upon receiving container release order, Cross Check all the details (POL/POD/Commodity name/ETD)

- Update with customer on shipping line name, vessel schedule, ETD and ...
