Requirements

• Professional in administration, logistics, and supply management, foreign trade, or related careers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Free Trade Zones.
• Verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain control and organization of all import folders for procedures before the Free Zone and DIAN.
• Manage all imports and exports of materials that enter and are dispatched from the warehouse to your client at the destination and from your supplier at the origin.
• Manage and process all documentation and administrative tasks before the free zone and DIAN (Customs).
• Create and keep updated reports in Excel at all times.
• Act as the primary contact on behalf of PTNW with local customs and free zone officials to resolve issues in an effective and timely manner.
