The main purpose of the position is to manage and optimize all logistics, servicing operations and staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, cost control and a strong team performance. Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain
5 years plus in logistics, operations, or fleet management
Experience managing teams in labour-intensive environments
Must reside in Ceres
Good communication and conflict management
Financial awareness and cost control
Knowledge of fleet and route management systems (advantageous)
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Operations and Logistics Management:
Plan, Schedule, and oversee daily delivery, servicing and collection of units
Optimize routing to improve efficiency and reduce fuel and time costs
