Job Description
This role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners. The position focuses on coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining accurate documentation and system records, ensuring compliance, and providing clear customer communication.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate outbound shipments to meet production schedules and customer delivery timelines
+ Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, customers, and internal teams
+ Arrange LTL, parcel, and expedited shipments based on priority
+ Obtain freight quotes, select carriers, and calculate freight charges
+ Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, export paperwork)
+ Process and reconcile shipping invoices against orders and quotes
+ Enter and manage data in ERP systems and customer portals
