IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Telok Ayer
Responsibilities IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation - Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
- Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
- Verify and maintain shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
- Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication - Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
- Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
