Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Administration


  • Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.

  • Manage creditors, debtors, and reconciliations.

  • Handle petty cash, forex floats, and daily cash-ups.

  • Capture financial transactions accurately into accounting systems.

  • Assist with payroll administration and staff expense claims.

  • Reconcile bank accounts and financial records.

  • Ensure all transactions comply with company financial policies and South African tax regulations.
