• Specific Details for Assignment: Must be board certified and active NY license
• Length of Contract: 4 - 12 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: Full-time, 8s or 10s, Monday - Friday
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: General, Endo, Ortho, very little OB and Peds
• OB: Yes
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
• Facility: Small hospital - 65 beds and 3 ORs and Endo. Own cases when on call, otherwise 1:4 during the day
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Transitioning to Epic / iPro
• Credentialing: Temporary Privileges available; 45 days - Urgent July 1 Start
