• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
• Call Ratio: 1:6
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 12-15
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1
• Other Cardiologists Present During our Locum's Coverage
• Locum Physician Required to Supervise 4 APCs
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
• Procedures Required: Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
• Provider must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified (this is for Advanced Heart Failure, the provider will not perform any invasive procedures) - (REQUIRED)
• ACLS - (REQUIRED)
• AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience - (REQUIRED)
