Main Purpose of Job

To receive and unpack non‑medical stock deliveries and coordinate the preparation and packing of deliveries destined for business units.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Receive and check stock against orders and ensure proper unpacking as per company standard.
• Prepare business unit orders for delivery.
• Oversee the general tidiness of the store and proper shelf organising.
• Manage business card and stamp orders.
• Provide general administrative support to the department including participation in stock taking.

Required Education

A formal high school qualification.

Required Experience

At least 1 year’s experience in a healthcare or service environment.
