PRIVATE CLIENT LOCUM SOLICITOR:
Responsibilities include preparation of Wills, handling applications for Grants of Representation and full estate administration, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, and managing Court of Protection applications. You will conduct matters on behalf of clients, manage support staff, oversee the financial management of client files including collection of monies on account and billing, and contributing to the development and expansion of the department.
