Inpatient Rehab Unit (20 beds)
Reason for Coverage: Physiatrist Vacation
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Can be partial days with availability to approve admissions via computer. Team conferences are Tues and Friday at 8am so those days would be an 8am start.
Will not cover outpatient clinic - Only Hospital Inpatient Rehab coverage
100% adult rehab
Number of Patients Per Day: 10-20 on the unit
24 Hour Lab Available
24hr Anesthesia Department
Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level/Designation: Level III
Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): BLS
PM&R Required Procedures: Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evals, face to face visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H & P
