Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL: TBD
Clinical Area: Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Oncology - Outpatient Setting
Trauma Level/Designation: Youngstown level 3, Joes level 1, boardman non trauma
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Required Procedures: Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural / Peritoneal, etc.
Required Duties: Prescribes, Orders Images, Orders Tests
Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~120 days
