Vacation ***-510 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per vacation hour, no OT

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Clinic Hours: 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch break
• Start date: As soon as credentialed, Foundation privileges only so could take 60 days.
