Summary: CUMC is in need for RESUME anesthesiology locums to cover open heart, thoracic, vascular and structural heart cases. Must be TEE certified and cardiac anesthesiology fellowship preferred. Providers will cover general cases, if needed.

Locums will be assisting with general OR in addition to above.

Malpractice
Must be included in rates.

Orientation
***-285 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly ***-570 - Per hour, not OT

Vacation ***-855 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate*** Per vacation hour, no OT

Nightly Call
