Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC, full-time for 6 months with the potential to extend. The schedule consists of 4x10's every week (7 am - 5 pm). No weekends and no call. Provider MUST be able to offer full-time availability
- Case Mix: Main OR, Women's, and Ortho. No blocks required
- # of OR's: 34
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction model
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Active TN License: Required
