Overview

We are seeking a locum consultant for a fixed‑term (12‑month) Obstetrics & Gynaecology post at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Hospitals. The role is in response to an expansion of maternity services and will support our CQC maternity improvement plan and the recovery of gynaecology services. The appointment is pending a substantive position.

Responsibilities

• Provide elective, emergency and on‑call obstetric and gynaecological care across both Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells sites.
• Integrate with the existing team of Consultants to deliver a full Obstetrics and Gynaecology service.
• Cover weekday on‑call rota between 8 am and 6 pm.
