The Anaesthetic department provides services to three sites - Worcestershire Royal Hospital (WRH), Alexandra Hospital (ALX), and Kidderminster Treatment Centre (KTC), encompassing all major specialities with a strong countywide working ethos. Recent surgical reconfiguration means most elective surgery will be delivered on the Alexandra Hospital site, while the majority of emergency, trauma and obstetric work will be on the WRH site. KTC functions as a day‑case and short‑stay surgical unit.
