Job Description
- Build relationships with media influencers and stakeholders that can be help raise brand awareness to the assigned brands.
- Create and execute content marketing prepare the content calendar for the brand assigned.
- Develop and oversee the branding guideline of the assigned brands if being followed or correctly executed.
- Track the customer care after sales experience of the assigned brands.
- Work closely with the CSR who is handling the brand reservation and complaints and make sure they follow the digital playbook guideline.
