Position Summary The person in this position is primarily responsible for maintaining Light & Wonder (L&W) products and equipment at customer locations. They will perform scheduled periodic maintenance and respond to assigned customer service calls. Under the supervision of the Field Service Supervisor or Lead Technicians they will also assist with installing, programming, and troubleshooting of L&W products and equipment. The ideal candidate will be located in Williston, Dickinson, or Minot. Essential Job Functions Learn and understand L&W gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation, basic troubleshooting, and repair. Safely use common hand tools including screwdrivers, nut drivers, wrenches, pliers, wire cutters, hammers, center punches, drills, and multimeter. Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicle are kept in a safe working condition.
