Drivers average $64,000 annually - Top 10% earn up to $91,000 per year
Pay structure is ring pay with the average dispatch being 0-300 miles of the rail ramp
Mix of live load and drop & hook freight
Overtime over 40 hours
Drivers work 5 days a week by schedule but can work an optional 6th day
