**Job Description**

The Lobby Services Associate is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. May also be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation including patient transport.

**Position** Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available

**Shift:** Mid-Shift and Rotating Shift (schedule). All candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays

**Location:** Skokie Hospital, Skokie, IL

**Pay Rate:** $18.50 p/h + Shift and Weekend pay (If applicable)
