Summary This position is located in a State or Area Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). The incumbent has responsibility for providing State-wide leadership, guidance and review in Community and/or Business Programs for the making and servicing of loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses. Responsibilities Conducts site visits to determine a project's feasibility and viability. Performs comprehensive review and in-depth analyses of credit data to determine credit-worthiness. Analyzes loan and grant applications for eligibility and conformance with RD statutory regulations, policies, procedures and practices and (inputs data into appropriate automated database systems). Provides guidance on application of new and/or revised RD loan practices and procedures.
