Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer loan enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers. Explain loan packages, repayment schedules, and company policies clearly to customers. Perform customer verification and assess loan eligibility based on company and regulatory requirements. Prepare and process loan documentation accurately. Ensure compliance with the Singapore Moneylenders Act and company procedures. Follow up on repayment schedules and assist customers with payment arrangements when required. Maintain accurate customer records and filing. Conduct administrative duties and support daily office operations. Handle customer information with strict confidentiality and professionalism. Work closely with management to achieve operational and collection targets.
Job Requirements
