Prepare and check loan documents such as Letter of Offer, Supplemental Letter of Offer, Letter of Variation and other related documents for Mortgage and/or Hire Purchase facilities.
Ensure loan and security documents are complete, accurate and in line with internal guidelines and procedures.
Liaise with internal teams, lawyers, customers, dealers and other parties on documentation and loan processing matters.
Prepare lawyer appointment letters and track documentation status until completion.
Process loan disbursement, drawdown, payment instructions and related system updates.
Maintain and update customer, loan and facility records in the system.
Handle filing, scanning, lodgement and safekeeping of loan and security documents.
Prepare regular reports and assist with other duties assigned by the department.
