Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Fully hands‑on in creating a stimulating nursery setting.
• Experienced Room Leader or Level 3 Practitioner, ready for a new challenge.
• Member of the management team and a role model for staff.
• Encourage and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their learning journey toward qualifications.
• Minimum one year’s experience at a Level 3 position in an early years environment.
• Strong understanding of EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
