The LMS Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the SumTotal and Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role ensures system stability, data integrity, compliance reporting, and user experience across the Commercial part of the business. This role collaborates effectively with peers and stakeholders (Business, Compliance, L&D, and others) to support the full learning lifecycle, including eLearning and instructor‑led training (ILT) campaigns, automated course assignments, dashboards, and custom reporting.
