In this unique role, the Living Donor Transplant Patient Navigator partners with patients and families to provide clear, compassionate education on the benefits of living donation and what to expect along the journey. This role is key in increasing awareness and helping to expand access to life-saving opportunities. From first conversation to transplant, you will help guide and support patients as they navigate the pathway to new life through living donor transplantation.
