Blackburn Domene & Burchett has an opening for a Litigation Paralegal. 3+ years of experience is required; experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records is required. This position reports to two partners and two to three associates. Requires knowledge in using Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and Outlook as well as familiarity with PACER and CourtNet. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, and be self-starters with a proactive work ethic. The position requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently, and to work closely with other staff in a team-oriented fashion, as needed.
