Litigation Associate - Dallas

We are working with one of the leading litigation practices globally as they look to expand their team in Texas by hiring a mid-to-senior level associate in Dallas.

Ideal candidates will have strong prior exposure to state or federal litigation practices with the role being in a cross-functional litigation practice across the spectrum including in oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, securities. District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but is not required. Primary responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and case/client management.

The annual compensation range for this position is based on the Cravath Scale between $365,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications, years of experience and other operational considerations.
