Litigation Attorney Position

Looking for a qualified and admitted litigation attorney to be employed as an associate/professional assistant at the firm.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in general litigation, both High Court and Magistrate’s Court.
2. Ability to work unsupervised and have an appetite for litigation.
3. Excellent drafting skills and confidence in court.
4. Computer literate and well-versed in Outlook, Word, and Excel; must be able to do own typing.

Salary: Salary will consist of a basic salary plus a commission structure on fees brought in. Generally, a newly appointed attorney averages about R22 000 – R25 000 per month at this firm. An attorney with 5 – 10 years of experience should easily manage to earn R30 000.
