Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling litigation cases and possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills. This role will involve representing clients in various legal proceedings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing expert legal advice.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements.
