We are seeking a skilled and motivated litigation attorney with 3-5 years experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Experience in securities litigation and employment law a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial/arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Manage discovery
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel
