Job Description

Archer & Greiner is seeking a Litigation attorney for its Voorhees, NJ and Philadelphia, PA offices. Our litigation practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania includes matters across a wide variety of subject areas and specialties for a broad range of governmental and private sector clients in the information/technology, construction, education, petroleum, utility, healthcare, food, and manufacturing industries. An ideal candidate must be familiar with all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice, must be self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently, and must have excellent case analysis, research and drafting skills.

Job Requirements

·        3 to 5 years' business/commercial litigation experience

·        Clerkship experience preferred

·        Superior research, writing and analytical skills
