Contacting property owners who have shown interest, visiting and evaluating properties for sale.

Using creativity and drive to find both sellers and properties for sale.

Preparing listing agreements and building long‑term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Worked as a Listing Agent in Costa del Sol before.
• Driven and passionate about business.
• Strong initiative, independent work, creative solutions.
• Customer focus and strong collaboration with colleagues and partners.
• Good organizing skills and relationship building.
• Driver’s license and personal car.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (more or less).
• Local knowledge from Malaga to Estepona is a bonus.
• Photography skills are a plus.
