About this position

About the Role:

Lead and manage the Lime Division to achieve improved profitability, effective return on assets, and strong operational performance across the quarry network. Ensure all sites meet KPIs and comply with safety and environmental standards and lead strategic business initiatives across the Lime Division.

This role can be based in Christchurch, Timaru/Geraldine, or Dunedin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead health, safety, wellbeing and environmental compliance across all lime sites.
• Provide leadership and support to quarry managers and operational teams.
• Maintain and increase Lime product sales working with customers and Ravensdown Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop and implement operational and marketing plans for the Lime Division, working closely with Ravensdown Sales and Marketing teams.
