Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing 
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections 
Monitor lift performance and respond promptly to breakdowns or service disruptions 
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards 
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence 
Review and manage maintenance contracts, service reports, and technical documentation 
Evaluate tenders and quotations for lift-related projects 
Handle feedback, complaints, and incident reports related to lift operations
