LHH is assisting a leading midsized law firm in NYC in its search for a Commercial Litigation Associate. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in real estate litigation, including commercial mortgage foreclosure, contract disputes, and fiduciary duty litigation. Experience with partnership and restrictive covenant disputes would be a plus. This firm offers a collegial work environment, hybrid work schedule and good work/life balance (1800 billables).

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials

• Admitted to the NY bar
