Job Overview

The Lifeguard/Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants in the aquatic environment at Andrus. This dual role includes maintaining vigilant supervision of the pool area as a lifeguard and delivering high-quality swim lessons that cater to the diverse needs of participants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of water safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing inclusive and engaging instruction to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Schedule of Life Guard/Swim Instructor:

Part-Time Hours- 12 Hours Per Week: Monday thru Thursday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm or Weekend Hours
