JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safety of Guests in water up to four (4) feet of water at Universal Kids Resort’s onsite hotel pool. Patrons' surveillance to ensure Guest safety and delivers exemplary guest service to ensure a safe, welcoming, and playful environment for families and children. Partners with Front Office Operations and Housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless hotel pool experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Ensures the proper use of safety practices and procedures for Guests within the onsite hotel pool and pool areas. Patrons' surveillance of Guests following the Lifeguard Certification Program standards. Demonstrates professional and consistent adherence to all pool and Universal safety standards.
