            Responsibilities Supervise swimming and other activities in and around pool area to ensure safety of members and guests 
Assist in ensuring pool regulations are being followed 
Remain alert to emergency conditions and perform first aid, water rescue when necessary 
Help in pool preparation/checks/reporting when necessary 
Evacuate swimmers from the pool to safety during lightning alerts and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility 
Assist Manager in duty planning and other required administrative work 
Requirements Candidates with no certification can apply. Training will be provided. 
Certification or prior experience in lifeguard duties will be advantageous 
For full time positions, candidate must be willing to work shifts and weekends 
Team player, with positive working attitude and good people skills
