Bring joy to our guests by ensuring water safety throughout the resort. As a Lifeguard, you will enforce safety rules and use preventative lifeguarding techniques to maintain a safe environment within the pool and beach area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities - Attend to the needs of resort guests.
- Assigned to a zone of protection, ensure guest safety and enforce safety rules.
- Provide instructions to swimmers.
- Hose down after the operating day.
- Contribute to resort clean up, including trash pickup, pressure washing, etc.
- Perform job function within all the resort policies, standards and procedures.
- Stand for long periods of time and perform activities that require flexibility.
- Tolerate cold and hot weather, plus cold water.
- Lift heavy people on a backboard and physical exertion to perform rescues.
