In this role, you will: - Develop a strategy to engage, retain and re‑engage customers during key milestones of the customer lifecycle segments.
- Create and run email, in‑app and push notifications; assist in copywriting, email design and performance evaluation for all C2C and B2C campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize CLM campaigns with strategic content, frequency and audience variations.
- Work closely with all teams to understand the customer base through insight segmentation and data analysis.
- Lead new product feature tests, collaborating with product managers and leveraging email marketing & push notifications.
