**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Under the direction of the network’s Safety Committee, you will execute a network-wide safety management program to identify, assess, and control environmental and safety hazards for all inpatients, visitors, and personnel.

In this role, you will:

+ Research, develop, and update comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
+ Consult regularly with administration, department supervisors, and staff to maintain safety standards.
+ Conduct in-service education and training sessions for employees. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
