NACBA is seeking an experienced Operations SME for a 6-month contract role in Singapore. This hands-on position demands expertise in life insurance operations and requires the candidate to provide operational knowledge to BA and IT teams, translate product features into system requirements, and perform UAT.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting product launches, possess strong local insurance regulation knowledge, and be a collaborative team player. Onboarding support will be provided for in-house systems.
