Adjudicate claims according to the terms and conditions of the policy
Job Description
- Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions and ISO requirements.
- Process claims; i.e. approve, reject or withdraw claims within a set time frame, authority limit and in accordance to ISO and SOP standard.
- Handling enquiries and complaints promptly from agents and claimants.
- Co‑ordinate with branches or other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling.
- Provide feedback and drive necessary changes for improvement/system & process.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
