Key Requirements:

• Qualified FASSA Actuary (Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa) essential
• Minimum of 7 years actuarial experience within the Life Insurance industry
• Proven leadership experience with at least 2 or more direct reports
• Strong experience in life valuations, reserving, pricing, capital modelling, IFRS 17, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop actuarial talent
