What Youll Do:
As an LVN, youll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination/testing efforts, and document all care activities. Youll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans.

What Were Looking For:
✔️ Active Texas LVN/LPN license
✔️ 2+ years experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred
✔️ Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plus
