A Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team develops a plan of care for each therapy patient and provides skilled recreational therapy services in accordance with physician orders.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ At least one year of current experience in Recreation Therapy preferred
+ Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) per state/client requirement
+ Water Safety and Health Fitness Instructor certifications preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
