Licensed Practical Nurses are vital members of a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing companionate care and patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness. LPNs at Greater Binghamton Health Center, under the direction of a Registered Nurse are:

• Performing nursing care tasks consistent with individual treatment plans
• Administering medication
• Attending to individuals’ personal care needs including daily living and hygiene tasks
